An application fee of $85.00 per applicant (one fee for married applicants), a nonrefundable administrative fee of $150.00, and a security deposit of $200.00 per applicant (one deposit for married applicants). The security deposit is refundable within 72 hours of cancellation or upon application denial. 

Most applications are processed within 72 business hours. However, this is not guaranteed and can vary.

Absolutely! Short‑term leases are available for select units.

From time to time – we do offer specials. Please refer to our website or Leasing Office to inquire about any current specials.

Rent is due between the 1^st – 5^th of each month.

We only accept online payments via a debit/credit card (with additional fees) or ACH Bank Draft (no additional fees). Resident Portal

Late fees accrue on the 6th of each month.

All utilities are separate from your Base Rent. Residents are responsible for all utility payments.

Yes. Our community is pet-friendly.

Pets are not to exceed 85 pounds.

Yes. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. There is also a one-time pet fee of $350 per pet.

Yes. Please check with our Leasing Office for a list of our restricted breeds.

No. Parking is first come, first serve.

While we do not offer garages – each apartment home comes with an additional storage unit. No additional storage fee.

Of course! 24/7 Emergency Maintenance is available to all residents.

Packages are delivered onsite to one of the following areas: Amazon Hub, USPS Parcel Locker or to your front door.

Yes.Upon move-in proof of an active renter’s insurance policy will need to be provided to our team.

No. Subleasing is not permitted.
